17TRACK

: Platform being used to broadcast defamatory content about me on 500+ tracking pages — no action taken after formal report

I am a merchant, not a buyer. I am writing to report that a shipping agent is using the 17track platform to inject defamatory content into the customer-facing tracking pages of over 500 of my DYJ-routed shipments. The injected text publicly broadcasts my full legal name and personal phone number alongside a false accusation that I am a scammer. This is defamation and doxxing. I submitted a formal report on April 30, 2026. The response I received did not address the issue and treated my report as a standard buyer complaint. The defamatory content remains visible on your platform as of today. More concerning: the same defamatory text appeared on the tracking page of a completely unrelated business — a customer who purchased pajamas from a store that has no connection to me whatsoever. This is not a private commercial dispute. This is systematic abuse of your platform's data feed by a shipping agent, affecting innocent third parties. I have identified the agent responsible and provided full contact details in my formal email report. I am now preparing legal action and filings with the Hong Kong Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and U.S. federal authorities. 17track's failure to act after formal notice will be part of that record. I expect escalation to your technical or trust and safety team immediately. — Rocco DiBari, BFN Services LLC
