I wish I could’ve kept it out of zero with JOVS their penny pinching, nickel and dime small company with no customer service whatsoever. Try to avoid giving a full refund using horrible business practices to beat the consumer over the head. I highly recommend to stay away from them whatever you buy from them you’ll be stuck with whether if it works or not. My experiences with them have been horrible and ongoing for over a year I was charge a restocking fee for a package. I never even opened it still had the seal in the UPS stickers on it, but they insisted on charging me 20% plus $10 to re-ship buyer beware with JOVS to top it off. They threatened me and told me if I did not take off my review that they wouldn’t send me my refund but at this point, I don’t care.
