I'm new to Max's system and going through the training modules, which I am ultra-excited about. But because of His very "human" approach (despite his AI prowess), I'm all the more the excited to be "in for the win"! Again, it's the "real" or Max's "human" touch to sharing that got - and retains - me (I'm old school: 66 years young and am learning - or 'technologically' getting up to speed with this energetic younger man). This is really good stuff. 👍
Mr. Ethan Salvino followed up with me, and I am very glad he did. He was WAY better than the last agent; that experience being so unfriendly, that I did not bother calling back, as I did not want to talk to the guy again. He was conversant with the subject matter and "professional" but not personable. Not only was Ethan professionable but polite and personable to boot, a good listener and well-read on the subject. He helped me "seal the deal" allowing me to de-stress over it all, and it was a GREAT consultation/customer service experience altogether. You have a good one on the team Marvin. 👍
