Painful to Wear, No Returns
I ordered 4 of their earrings. They pull your earlobe up painfully since the vertical bar goes through the earlobe at an angle, not straight on like the piercing hole. I contacted them by email and asked for a refund. They said they do not offer refunds on used products which I understand. I let them know only one earring was tried on and I’d like to return the other 3, but there was no further response, even with a follow-up email.
