I am submitting this review as a formal complaint regarding my experience with Dr.Fone, which I believe involves misleading advertising and failure to deliver paid services. The platform explicitly claims that its software can remove screen lock passwords from devices after a successful subscription. Relying on these representations, I paid a total of ₦93,293.15 to unlock my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Despite strictly following all provided instructions, the software failed to perform the advertised function, and my device remains locked. This constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and non-performance of a paid service. Under basic consumer protection principles, a service provider is obligated to deliver the promised result or provide a refund where performance fails. In this case, neither has been adequately fulfilled. Additionally, the lack of effective customer support or a meaningful resolution further raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and business practices of this company. I hereby formally demand a full refund of the ₦93,293.15 paid, as the service rendered was defective it can’t even bypass frp or iPhone XR and did not meet the advertised claims. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter through relevant consumer protection authorities and dispute channels. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before engaging with this platform.
