I have been a loyal customer for over a year, but after my recent experience, I will never order here again. I received my package, but one item (Lost Mary BM6000) was missing. I contacted them, and they initially apologized and officially promised a reshipment. Then, 14 minutes later, they sent another email taking it back, claiming the 'shipping weight' was correct and basically calling me a liar. Being completely honest with you after seeing their first email, I did not check again with them, thinking the problem is solved. I waited a month for the replacement they promised, only to be told now that they won't help. They are choosing to lose a long-term customer over the cost of a single vape. Absolutely unprofessional. If you have an issue with your order, don't expect them to take responsibility. I have never experienced anything like this before. I never received the missing item that I paid for. Avoid this shop!
