DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GARBAGE!!! When buying my car I was not even given an option if I wanted to add this and was not even told it would cost me anything. It was not until the next day I’m at home trying to figure out why my payment for my car loan is so much higher than I thought it should have been that I realize I had to pay thousands of dollars for this. The car dealership just acted like it was included and told me they were amazing to work with and pretty much would cover anything that could possibly go wrong with my car. SO NOT TRUE! After discovering issues with my car and taking it to the shop, my shop tells me that nothing that they say is covered on my brochure I was given is actually covered so it’s completely dishonest and worthless. The parts that need replaced are listed on the brochure as parts that are covered but then they tell me that it doesn’t count because it’s just normal wear and tear. Now because they won’t cover anything that needs replaced they now tell me that they also are not going to reimburse me for what I had to pay for a rental car which they already told me they would and that is the only reason that I got a rental car! Update in response to PWI reply: I guarantee you I have a warranty through you. It is may also in be under my spouse’s name Camerron Creech but I believe it is under my name India Reavis. We have a 2013 Kia Optima Limited 2.0T purchased from Dave Morton Auto in Salem Oregon.
