The items I received were completely different from what was advertised online — not a slight variation, but a clear misrepresentation in both quality and appearance. Despite this, the supplier has only offered a 30% refund, which is unacceptable given the extent of the discrepancy. This raises serious concerns about their overall business practices. I would urge other consumers to think carefully before purchasing. I am in the process of seeking a full refund.
