Mix-up of sizes
The quality of the shirts is fine, but I was put to the trouble of having to return one of them as it was the wrong size. Maybe the numbers 15 and 16 on the inside of the collar need to be distinguished a bit more clearly, as that seems to have been the cause of the mix-up. I would add that your staff were very kind and prompt in resolving the issue.
