Great products, problematic shipping
I appreciate that Global Test Supply offers reasonably priced, high-quality products, and their customer service representatives were helpful to the extent possible, but was dissatisfied with the shipping process and level of communication provided regarding orders. My order ran into a number of shipping issues and delays, during which time I did not receive any status updates from GTS. I had to initiate all communications and follow-ups, and issues took a long time to resolve. It took over a month to resolve an issue with my initial order -- to fix the issue, I was instructed to cancel and resubmit my original order, but the prices of the items I was purchasing had since increased by a total of ~$200. GTS did not honor the original prices I had placed the first order under. After placing the order again, shipping was estimated to be ~1 week. It took another month for the order to arrive due to stocking issues that I was not made aware of until I followed up with GTS.
