Unfair refund and lack of transparency
I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Traveloka was too frustrating to ignore. I canceled my booking immediately and tried to do everything right. But instead of getting clear support, I was pushed back and forth between Traveloka and the airline, with no clear responsibility from either side. Even though part of the ticket was refundable, most of the money was deducted as “fees” without a transparent explanation. What’s most concerning is that Traveloka says they cannot guarantee the refund amount, even though they are the platform that received the payment. This kind of experience makes it very hard to trust the service. Please be cautious when booking flights through Traveloka.
