Order never delivered. The parcel was returned by the courier, yet Moon Magic refused a refund and instead claimed it was “abandoned” without any official proof. Only a reshipment was offered, which was not acceptable as the order was a time-sensitive Christmas gift. I had to resolve this through a bank chargeback and a complaint to the European Consumer Centre. Extremely poor handling of a straightforward non-delivery situation. Update: Shifting the blame to an incorrect phone number does not excuse refusing a refund for an order that was never delivered. The tracking clearly shows the parcel entered the return process, yet you continue to claim it was “abandoned” without providing a single piece of official confirmation from the carrier. Repeating this claim does not make it true. It only highlights the lack of accountability in handling a straightforward non-delivery case. This should have been resolved with a refund from the start, not deflected until a bank chargeback became necessary.
