Resolution - Kino Williams
I received a call today from Kino Williams in the Resolution Department of Monster and while my experience did not go completely as planned, I can say that Kino taking the time to speak with me, review my package, assist me in rectifying what could be done was phenomenal!! I have never had someone take the time to listen even after my trip was over and actually show genuine care and consideration. This truly has changed my mindset to a way more positive one than I originally had . Kino Williams even took the time to offer her email to assist me in further bookings and that shows true care and Great Customer Service!!
