Ordered a Jumpman oversized hoodie and pants Dec 15, 2025. Today is March 20, 2026. I have never received any product. NOTHING. Kept track on 17track as advised and updates were the same update over and over. No new updates after Feb 02. March 04, I was told refund was being processed. Give 1-3 business days to receive. Contacted AGAIN yesterday (March 19) and got reply today that "As we checked, the refund might got delayed as the account is restricted to make any refund. Please kindly send your PayPal account here and we will try to manuall send the payment thru paypal. " I know I will never see this money again. BUYER BEWARE!!!
