Customer service and bribes
Overall, I really love Lacemade and their clothes the designs are beautiful and nicely executed. However, their customer service is incredibly horrid! Usually, issues do get resolved, but never in under two weeks. Truly, if you’re unfortunate enough to receive a broken, incorrect, or ill-fitting item, customer service is not a good option if you want a replacement. Just send it back, because getting in contact with them is harder than getting into Harvard. Also you cant trust their reviews here cause they actively bribe their customers for good reviews, with products. Quote from their Mail newsletter: "Title: Your Private Offer - For your eyes Only" "Leave a 5-star review on our Judge.me Reviews and Trustpilot page" And then they go on to explain how you can win a free surprise gift if you do this and some other steps.
