This product provides quick relaxation and soothing effects. It helps me overcome my cravings for alcohol. That combined with a very informative public "Doc Talk" hosted by my cardiologist and her staff 3 weeks ago (which this time really got my attention) has helped me stop drinking and not restart (the key is Not Restarting).
