Smooth, well-organized onboarding
We just brought on a remote team member through BruntWork, and the onboarding has been excellent. Our Client Success Manager, Christiaan, walked us through everything on the kickoff call (timesheets, billing, the client portal, and what to expect in the first 90 days) and followed up with a clear written recap and helpful resources. He was also quick to adjust scheduling when we needed it. Very professional and easy to work with so far. Highly recommend!
