I'm really happy with my experience with Jessemade! I accidentally requested the wrong name to be engraved on a wallet, and I only realized it after the order had already been processed. I contacted their customer service, and even though the wallet had already been engraved, they kindly helped me change the name. It was such a huge relief because the person receiving the gift didn't want the name I had originally requested. I was worried there would be nothing that could be done, but the team was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. Thank you, Jessemade, for your excellent customer service and for going the extra mile to help me. The support I received made all the difference, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again!
