Absolutely disappointing – cancellation ignored, unprofessional communication, questionable return process
I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. I cancelled my order around 30 minutes after placing it, yet the scooter was still shipped anyway, even though they were already aware that I wanted to cancel. That is where the entire problem began. The communication was highly unprofessional. Instead of handling the matter properly and transparently, I was asked to pay €100 for the return without any invoice or official document, and to send it to a private Gmail/PayPal address. In my opinion, that is completely unserious and raises major concerns. There was no real support, no understanding, and no willingness to help. On the contrary, I felt left alone with the issue and pressured instead of being treated fairly as a customer. What made the situation even worse was that I had already arranged payment through Klarna in 3 installments, and the first payment had already been made. This made the whole experience even more stressful and frustrating. I am writing this review to warn and protect other buyers. Save yourself the stress, confusion, and poor customer service. Buy from a local scooter shop instead, where you are more likely to get proper support, transparency, and professional handling if something goes wrong. A disappointed customer
