My experience - this is not like buying from Amazon despite it being Facebook advertise
This was my experience. To begin with, I got a Constance, and the H doesn’t work right so I couldn’t even open it. The Hermes box was torn up too in shipping. There was also delay in shipping. It took from 2/14 order to 3/21 to get the bag. I was told there was a delay and their factory was shut down for 10 days due to the lunar new year. I understand. I was offered a refund which I accepted. I was then offered a free gift if I didn’t cancel. I again asked for a refund. Finally, they offered to let me select the gift, and I relented and did not cancel. The gift I selected was a Fendi wallet bag. That item was fine - no issues. Both finally show over a month later, and I can’t even get the H bag open. I even watched a YouTube video because I thought it was me. I then watched their video. After some back and forth, we did agree that they will provide me another Hermes bag without the H lock (which I requested) and it was too expensive to send the original one back.
