To start, the drone is incredibly well built, intuitive and simple to setup and pilot. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the video quality coming from this drone. Clear instructions from Ruko made the process seamless to set up and operate. Additionally, my customer service experience with the company was phenomenal. I reached out to them a week ago, regarding replacement parts for the drone and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. They were also easy to get a hold of and communication with them was consistent and fast. I love how quickly their customer service rep. Kim handled all my inquires and immediately made suggestion and solved my issues. Thanks again Ruko for an incredible drone and providing next level customer service.
