Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a product but when it arrived it wasn’t what I expected. I reached out to Charlotte in the customer care team and she was brilliant to help me. I asked if I could return the product, but following her advice, I was given a partial refund enabling me to order a different product. The second item came and I absolutely love it. I haven’t taken the ring off since it arrived. Charlotte went above and beyond to help, support and advise me. She was brilliant. The product is great quality. I must stress, the first item I ordered was beautiful, just not to my taste.
