Duke is a Prince of a Guy
Duke was extremely patient and helpful in finding and confirming our flight reservations. He worked with me on the phone both during our initial reservation time and today to check in for our flights. I found Duke to have a cheerful, pleasant demeaner. Also, Duke went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable throughout the booking experience. Finally, noting that we were senior citizens, Duke proffered and arranged for extra mobility accomidations.
