Great customer service
Great customer service. Quick & efficient resolution. Unfortunately, the boot style I ordered didn’t fit my super wide foot. I was definitely bummed bc the leopard fabric boots are so cute in person & I really liked the material. I reached out to support and Lola helped me with a full refund. She was quick, helpful, and very friendly. I’ll try another style in the future as they do have a few wide options (just not in the boot I picked :/)
