No help with support, reoccurring canceled bill
No help with support. Canceled when they were running the yearly plan. As it was fun to use but Im not looking to pay $40 every month. They charged me a cancelation fee in April 2025. and billed me the yearly fee right now in April 2026. Then when messaging them on a tuesday. They are out for the weekend... Really thinking they scamming and enjoying the money flow.... but I canceled. Really ticked with all of this payment and fee when it AI anyways. Plus no human behind it to officially help with these problems. Addendum their prices lowered so WHY am I even being charged for anything!!
