Broken Device
really loved my JOVS device while it was working—it was effective, easy to use, and delivered great results. Unfortunately, it stopped working after less than a year, which was disappointing given the investment. That said, I had a very positive experience with customer service. They were prompt, responsive, and addressed my concerns quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m torn—I truly liked the product, but I wish it had lasted longer
