I would give 10 stars! I had a auto shipment come in that I forgot to cancel. It was nearly $100, and I can't afford losing money like that. In a chat with Lindsey, who was very proficient and personable, she listened to my reasons for not being able to use that product again, and she understood. She refunded the order.
