Poor Customer Service Experience
I am extremely disappointed with your platform. I sent emails and raised issues, but received no response at all. My case was even closed without any resolution. This is a very poor and frustrating customer experience. Your support system is ineffective and makes it impossible to resolve problems. Please take this seriously and improve your service.
