Terrible service
Needed vegetarian meals for my 28 hour journey. Kept trying to call them everyday 1 week prior to my flight but no answer. Was forced to buy all my meals for the entire journey on top of my ticket which cost £1000. At check in when I asked for vegetarian meal they said it was too last minute to organise anything as if I hadn't been trying to contact them for the past week.
