A Great Discovery!
I researched many different property management apps and found it was really difficult to find one with the features I needed that didn't cost more than our non-profit could afford. I was really surprised to find Innago which has all the features I need to manage several rentals but I can use for free. It does everything I want with an intuitive and simple user interface. I am able to invoice and receive payments electronically and also draft leases and get them signed all from within Innago.
