Jeramiah worked very hard to ensure that our firm's needs were met. The process can be complicated, but he was patient and responsive, answering questions and ensuring that we submitted proper forms and supplemental documents. We did have an issue with a Tail Policy, but that issue is in the process of being resolved. Overall, the customer service and quality of the policy are excellent, and the process of actually securing the policy after the quote and qualifications were completed was fairly easy.
