Shitty customer service
Shitty customer service, terrible return to player R.TP. Never got my issues resolved , and i've had several. Was getting $15 every 7 days.And for some reason, got bumped down to a dollar on the 7th day. Have not missed a day in i dont know over two years. That's why it's so upsetting , because I thought the more you play , the more you get apparently not here. I've got 25free spins at the moment that I can't even play. Because apparently the game is restricted in my region. I don't get that part, but if the whole site is available in my region except for like a couple games, why are those couple of games not available?And why are they on the site. Anytime I open up a game and go to play , I have to reload and reload because I get the sad face with the Gray screen. Almost every time I open a game , I have to reload it at least three times for it to stop doing that. And it does that conveniently right when I get a bonus too. And then the bonus does never comes back when I reload, so it's like I never won the bonus in the in the first place, terrible, terrible, terrible, online gaming experience never going to play Here Again. And that is a promise.
