The wig arrived completely different…
The wig arrived completely different than what the photo showed online. The straps to tighten in the back, the holes to hook the strap to, were seen shut from the top so you have to twist the strap to get it in the bottom if the hole and then it slides out. The hair is severely damaged on the ends. Advertised as 100% virgin hair but it's not virgin hair if you dye it. I sent photos along with my order number to have it returned. They replied but now says they need verification i haven't cut the lace. I've already sent them photos. I can't reply with the same photos because they blocked photos from being sent.
