Great customer service
I had just purchased my a300 auto hat heat press and it stop working in the middle of me making a hat , I called customer service and they were very attentive and helpful , they made it right and helped as much as possible , I had even called a second time and I disconnected and they even called me back , I never get that happen , so I will continue buying from them , I actually bought a 3rd machine as well. The customer service was fast and offered a solution on my 1st call. I had also emailed and they responded right away , I was actually impressed.
