Absolute nightmare to work with !
Every time I top up my Account, the Account gets Frozen. Nobody on shift to Refund me or to Unfreeze my Account. They bully you to wait, prices change they make you top up again, telling you there is nothing they can do about it. Disgusting time wasters and scammers. Charging you an insane amount of commission yet their Stuff lacks any professional experience or capabilities to support/assist you in the bare minimum. Avoid using this platform. P.S. They want me to remove the review for no obvious reason. Additionally after providing my details on their platform someone instantly tried to hack my email. Additionally they will explain to you that if you are no Kazakhstani or Russian Citizen, upon initial Top UP your account will be frozen, you have 2 options to wait (which equals fake advertisement of "Instant Delivery"+ Losing the Items due to "price fluctuations" etc . ) or Provide them with your Personal ID Document + Living Proof. So basically what they are doing is they are collecting you absolute data. They do not have Propper support, they do not have working agents on 2 shifts, meaning depending on where you are from you are mostly like not going to purchase immediately and every time they will come back at you saying that you didn't provide your name on the Card as it is written but it's absolutely horrible the fact that they do not have Senior on shift to Unblock, Unfreeze Accounts etc. Lis-skins are time wasters, thieves (in a "legal" way collecting your data ) and I can go on and on. But the point is that they are incompetent in what they are doing, they charge you hilarious commission and the support service they provide is a joke. P.S. 2 They Delete the bad reviews. No wonder.
