Sunsky Online has become a SCAM!!
They have become a SCAM!!! I bought 3 phones here in the past and I've never had such a terrible experience. The name of my Sales Agent is Dora. I ordered a phone with some accessories more than a month ago and chose DHL as my shipping method. Two weeks later Dora told me that DHL is currently not shipping items with batteries so they'll ship with UPS. I agreed. The package got to me more than a month later after a constant follow up with them. When I opened the package the box was for a phone I didn't order, in the box was a low quality (no name/unbranded) phone that's not even on the box, no charger in the box, and a phone case that doesn't even fit the phone. I told Dora about this and she asked for a video of the items, and the pictures of labels on them. I provided all of them but she later sent me videos saying its their surveillance footage of when my items were being packaged so they sent the right items. And then now I'm wondering if UPS people opened my package and swapped phones, which is very unlikely! I am so heartbroken because this was a present for my aunt who has been waiting impatiently from when I told her I ordered the phone and she will have it in a week from when I placed the order. How do we post pictures on this platform?I actually want to share my conversation with Dora here so that other people are aware of these. They have become a scam!
