My young son accidentally signed up for a yearly subscription without my authorisation. I contacted Apollo AI, explained the situation, and said I was struggling with my own bills at present, but they refused outright every time I pleaded with them to refund me. I'm now in debt to my own mother because I had to ask her for money to cover the amount that Apollo AI refused to reimburse me. Apollo AI is a terrible and greedy company, and I hope no one else suffers the same situation that I did.
