Delivery men delivered items at wrong address, but they didn't refund.
I was at home whole day and waiting for grocery. However, nothing was in front of door when I look at door right after delivery message. On the following day, another delivery was suppore to come but door bell did not ring and they went back, saying I was not at home, however I was at home at the time! I'm sure they've delivered to a wrong Block of condo so it's not theft case but customer centre kept saying they need to invest and never came back.
