They have the worst customer service I have ever rxperienced
They have the worst customer service. I got a dress for Christmas that was the wrong size and so I had to return. I have been waiting over 3 months for a refund, and the dress was sent back in time. I have repeatedly emailed them and I get the same response every single time. They do not have a phone number you can call either so it is strictly emailing. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back, it is absolutely pathetic on their end.
