Fantastic support from Ellen
Fantastic support from Ellen – quick and hassle-free location change I've been using FXVM for my trading VPS and needed to change my server location from Tokyo to London (LD4) to optimize latency for my XM broker. I contacted support and was assisted by Ellen, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Ellen handled the location change quickly and efficiently, and made sure everything was set up properly. It's rare to find such responsive and genuinely friendly customer service. My ping is now exactly where it needs to be for fast news trading. Highly recommend FXVM for any trader looking for a reliable, low-latency VPS with excellent support. Thank you, Ellen!
