Brought a few dresses using the measurement guide suggested but the item still does not fit and is a bit too big, asked for return from U.K. and you have to pay for the return yourself - fair I don’t mind however I sent my package back to lacemade and have been trying to contact customer service for 5 days. It is impossible regarding returns. when I am trying to get hold of customer. I just want some of my money back for having spent over 200 USD and paying for shipping which is 40 USD.
