AVOID Amber Liu & Shandong Juye Metal Materials Co., Ltd. - Contract Breach
Extremely unprofessional experience with Amber Liu and Shandong Juye Metal Materials Co., Ltd. After receiving the initial deposit, the supplier repeatedly tried to modify the contract terms, requesting an additional USD 600 that was not agreed upon. No production evidence (photos, MTC, or packaging) was ever provided despite several requests. They failed to meet the shipping deadlines and never provided any tracking or Bill of Lading (BL). The transaction ended in a refund after several disputes due to their non-performance. Stay away from this supplier if you value your time and money.
