DO NOT ORDER!! I made an order a year ago, that ring got discolored (due to poor information about the material) and I didn’t get any resonable solution until I wrote a bad review. After that I got a replacement ring (which I had to pay extra for). 4 months(!!) after I got the replacement ring one of the stones fell out. I contacted them and the best they can do is 50% off a new ring. I am utterly disappointed in this company and recommend everyone to stay away from them. The pictures on the website are pretty, and everything sounds good until you actually have to talk to them. So after they failed to be an honest company with an ACTUAL warranty, they still want me to spend more money. Customer service is nice, but completely unable to help. And they also wanted me to update/edit my negative review to say that they helped me. But if I hadn’t wrote the review I wouldn’t have gotten any help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
