Good old fashion customer service
My husband and I stopped in just to look at sofas. Guest experience specialist (Ed) greeted us and walk us through the selection. We asked questions and he provided us with the best options. We ended up buying a sofa set and we are very happy with that decision. The delivery was a great experience as well. They were polite and courteous. They were on time and very respectful. I felt at ease with both of them and they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again and recommend the as well.
