Incomplete content & terrible customer support!
I paid for a subscription and successfully completed the Beginner (A1) level for learning English, but the A2 level is completely missing. I contacted their support team multiple times to ask for an estimated release date. After a vague initial response saying "new lessons will be opened as soon as they're ready", they completely ignored my follow-up emails sent on March 27th and April 6th. It has been weeks with no answer! It is unacceptable to charge users for a subscription when the app's content is incomplete and customer service refuses to reply. I do not recommend this app.
