Great customer service!
The customer service. There was an issue with my account, totally my fault, and the team worked diligently to figure out what was happening. They were consistently polite and patient, while helping me navigate options. They fixed it and all is well. I truly appreciate Fin and Daria, and the rest of the MyDrama team who helped rectify the situation.
