I Formal Complaint Against Bus Driver for Misconduct and Unsafe Drop-Off
I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving one of your bus services booked through redBus (Raj Kalpana). My relative, Mrs. Savita Singh, along with her child, had a confirmed ticket from Akbarpur (Kanpur Dehat) to Pari Chowk, Greater Noida. The journey took place early in the morning, around 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, the driver, Mr. Jeetu Thakur (Contact: 9335669298), behaved in a highly unprofessional and threatening manner. Despite having a valid ticket to Pari Chowk, he forcefully asked them to get off the bus approximately 5–6 kilometers before the designated stop. When questioned, the driver responded with threats and arrogance, stating that no one could take action against him and that he would continue to act as he pleased. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering that a woman and a small child were left stranded in an unfamiliar area at such an early hour. This incident raises serious concerns about passenger safety, accountability, and service reliability. If any harm had occurred, your organization would have been fully responsible. I request strict action to be taken against the driver and assurance that such incidents will not happen in the future. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and clarification on the safety measures you have in place for passengers. I hope you treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
