Disappointing experience with RedBus
Disappointing experience with RedBus. I paid ₹1600 for 2 seats, but the bus condition was very poor and unhygienic. Curtains were dirty with stains and bubblegum, interiors were damaged, and even cockroaches were seen in the sleeper area. My earlier booking was cancelled last moment, so I had to book this urgently. Also, proper bus details were not provided. The bus had a 4-star rating, which is clearly misleading. Attaching photos as proof. Not recommended.
