Dripify has been a really disappointing experience. There’s no clear guidance, and the platform assumes you already know how everything works, which makes it unnecessarily confusing to use. Team management is especially poor. What’s the point of inviting team members if I can’t properly access them or see them in my team without upgrading? It feels like basic functionality is locked behind paywalls. I also couldn’t see other campaigns as expected, which made collaboration difficult. On top of that, customer support has been unhelpful, and cancelling the subscription is not straightforward at all. Overall, it’s been frustrating enough that I’ve decided to switch to another tool.
