I personally verified the information and sent the corresponding proof. Although the problem was not resolved, a refund was eventually issued, which I appreciate. However, the experience was difficult and caused a great deal of concern in that moment. I made a reservation 12 hours in advance for 3 people, and at the time of the flight, it never appeared. I verified it myself in the system — it was never made. You also did not respond to my messages in a timely manner, despite it being business hours. All communication is via email, with no phone or WhatsApp contact, showing a clear lack of professionalism. After waiting over three hours, you falsely claimed that some airlines do not accept such reservations, when the real problem is that you never made it and sent a false reference. This is extremely poor and irresponsible service. Because of you, a person can miss their flight and face a very stressful situation. I would definitely never recommend this service.
